What is Action1?
Action1 is the software Just406 uses to manage your machines. It allows me to remotely connect and support you along with making sure the computer is up to date and has all the software it should installed.
How do I install it?
After clicking the link I sent you in an email, the action agent should download on your computer. As seen in the screenshot to the left, click on your downloads in the upper right corner and select the open icon.
Select Next
Check the checkbox near I Accept… and select Next
Select Install
You may be prompted with screenshot similar to the right, select Yes
Select Finish
